HRLeverage Africa is seeking a results-driven and experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates while ensuring recruitment targets and client expectations are consistently met. The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment and demonstrate strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to candidate placement. Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and job requirements. Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels. Screen CVs and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability. Shortlist qualified candidates and coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers. Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Ensure timely closure of assigned job vacancies and achievement of recruitment targets. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies. Prepare and post engaging job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms. Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, and recruitment reports. Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on recruitment progress. Support successful candidates through offer acceptance and onboarding processes. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing strategies, and labour market developments. Carry out other recruitment-related responsibilities as assigned by management.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency recruitment. Experience managing multiple job vacancies simultaneously. Proven experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels. Experience in recruitment consulting or a staffing agency will be an added advantage. Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD will be an added advantage. Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Salary: N180,000 – N250,000 Net Monthly (Negotiable based on experience) Pension Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Performance-Based Commission Annual Leave Allowance Opportunity for professional growth and career development.
