We are  recruiting to fill the position below:

 Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Lagos Summary

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can develop HR policies and programs that align with business goals while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with organizational goals and industry best practices. Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning. Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection. Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources to attract top-quality candidates. Conduct salary negotiations and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. Foster positive employee relations by promoting effective communication and conflict resolution. Advise and assist managers in addressing employee-related issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as training and development programs, performance management, and recognition programs. Implement and manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring that goals and objectives are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. Stay up to date with changes in labor legislation and proactively address any potential risks or issues. Prepare and maintain HR records, reports, and documentation.

Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 7 - 10 years experience.
