Partner with line managers and business leaders to provide effective HR support and people solutions. Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and employee deployment. Coordinate performance management processes and support performance improvement initiatives. Manage employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary cases, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Identify employee training and development needs and support the implementation of relevant initiatives. Monitor and report HR metrics, including headcount, employee turnover, absenteeism and other workforce trends. Implement HR policies, procedures and people-related initiatives across assigned business functions. Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and employment-related matters. Support compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies. Prepare HR reports and provide relevant insights to support management decision-making.


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree / HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related discipline. Minimum of 2 years' relevant HR experience, preferably within the FMCG, manufacturing or other fast-paced business environments. Sound knowledge of employee relations, performance management, recruitment and general HR operations. Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent will be an added advantage. Ability to operate with integrity, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
