We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Junior Recruitment Executive to join our team and play a key role in delivering our recruitment and employee outsourcing services.

What You Will Do

Drive end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to placement. Identify, screen, and engage top talent. Coordinate interviews and successful candidate placements. Manage the onboarding and deployment of outsourced employees. Build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and outsourced staff. Keep recruitment pipelines, employee records, and reports up to date. Resolve day-to-day recruitment and outsourcing matters efficiently.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree/HND in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment and outsourcing management. Strong sourcing, communication, and relationship-management skills. Excellent organisation and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
