We are looking for a skilled, professional, and client-focused Spa Therapist to join our team and provide exceptional spa and wellness treatments while ensuring every client receives a relaxing, safe, and memorable experience.

Provide professional spa treatments, including massages, body treatments, and other assigned wellness services. Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and treatment expectations. Recommend appropriate treatments based on clients’ needs and within the scope of professional practice. Perform treatments using approved techniques, products, and equipment. Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety before, during, and after treatments. Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, products, and supplies before appointments. Ensure clients are comfortable and properly informed throughout their treatment. Maintain accurate client treatment records and document relevant observations. Provide appropriate after-treatment care guidance to clients. Educate clients on suitable skincare and body-care routines where appropriate. Maintain a professional and welcoming relationship with clients to encourage repeat visits. Handle client concerns professionally and escalate issues where necessary. Ensure treatment areas and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained. Support the team in achieving excellent customer satisfaction and service standards. Keep up to date with industry trends, treatment techniques, and professional best practices.

Minimum of ND in a relevant field; certification in Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or a related discipline is an added advantage. Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, Beauty Therapist, Massage Therapist, or similar role. Good knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, skincare, and spa procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer-service orientation and a pleasant personality. Professional, well-groomed, and confident appearance. Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and client safety standards. Ability to communicate effectively with different types of clients. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of service. Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team. Willingness to learn new treatments, techniques, and products.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about beauty, wellness, skincare, and client care. You should be warm, attentive, professional, and committed to creating a premium experience for every client. Experience in a medical spa or premium beauty/wellness environment will be an added advantage.
