 Job Title: Reservation Officer - Entry-level

Location: Lekki, Lagos 

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Days: 4–5 days weekly

Work Time:Shift-based Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused candidate with good communication skills, clear diction, and a strong drive for building positive client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. No extensive experience is required. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training to develop the necessary skills and achieve better professional output.

Handle guest reservations and bookings Respond to guest enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and other channels Maintain accurate reservation records Assist guests with booking confirmations and changes Coordinate with the front desk and other departments Provide excellent customer service.

B.Sc Degree / HND in any relevant field Must have completed NYSC Must reside around the Lekki axis Good communication and customer service skills Basic computer literacy Previous reservation/hospitality experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
