We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Head of Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of a hospitality/hotel business and ensure excellent service delivery, operational efficiency, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations and overall management of the hotel/hospitality facility. Supervise, coordinate, and monitor all operational teams and departments. Ensure high standards of guest experience, service delivery, hygiene, and quality control. Monitor staff performance, discipline, attendance, productivity, and compliance with SOPs. Coordinate and supervise IT systems, technology, and operational support. Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency. Develop and enforce operational procedures, policies, and service standards. Monitor inventory, facilities, equipment, maintenance, and general operational resources. Handle operational challenges, guest complaints, and service recovery professionally. Prepare regular operational reports and provide management with insights and recommendations. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and hospitality standards.

4+ years relevant experience in hotel, hospitality, restaurant, or related operations management. Proven experience supervising multi-department teams. Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and quality control. Good understanding of IT systems and technology used in hotel operations. Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities. Must be hands-on, proactive, accountable, and results-driven.
