 Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist hotel guests Handle check-ins and check-outs Manage reservations and room assignments Respond to guest requests and inquiries Maintain accurate guest records and accounts Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments.

1–2 years’ experience in a hotel front desk role Must be experienced with Opera PMS Good knowledge of hotel check-in/check-out procedures Ability to manage reservations and guest accounts Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional, well-presented and friendly Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays Must be reliable, organized and able to work under pressure.
