We’re hiring an F&B Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Food and beverages department at Ogidi, Anambra State.
If you’re goal-driven, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service
Drive customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
Maintain high standards of food and drinks quality, hygiene, and safety
Monitor inventory and manage stock levels efficiently
Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally
Achieve sales targets and manage working materials efficiently

Requirements

Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Hospitality, Business, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role in a hospitality setting
Strong leadership and people management skills
Sound knowledge of food safety and quality standards
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
