 Job Title: Bar Supervisor

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Main Functions

The Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, high-quality beverage preparation, and excellent customer experience. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining standards, and ensuring smooth coordination within the bar team.

Supervise and coordinate all bar staff and daily operations. Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages. Ensure timely and efficient service to customers. Monitor drink quality, presentation, and consistency. Enforce hygiene, safety, and service standards. Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of supplies. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. Train and support bar staff to improve performance. Prepare reports on bar performance and sales. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to recipes Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Upsell drinks to customers when appropriate.

OND / HND / BSc Degree in Hospitality or any related field with 3-5 years work experience. Excellent knowledge of cocktail recipes, alcohol and liquor types, flavor profiles and garnish techniques Ability to work with a variety of equipment including shakers, blenders, and various other tools Strong understanding of customer service and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere Outstanding communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
