Site Operations Lead

Position Overview:

The individual in this role will assist the outlet manager in coordinating daily station operations and maintain accurate and prompt cash control by ensuring regular cash remittance from attendants at agreed-upon intervals.
They will collaborate with other station staff to meet sales targets and serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer inquiries.

Key Duties:

Support the Manager in day-to-day station operations.
Delegate, plan, and supervise tasks for station attendants.
Conduct daily safety drills for service station personnel.
Oversee inventory management of materials, items, and products.
Take responsibility for daily product discharge operations at the station.
Implement and maintain an accurate cash control policy, including cash collection from attendants at specified intervals.
Ensure strict adherence to Company Product Discharge operation manuals and procedures.
Prepare daily opening and closing stock reports.
Collaborate with the manager to ensure individual and unit budgets/targets are consistently met and exceeded.
