 Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Lagos 

Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets. Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve high performance and maintain discipline. Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime. Enforce compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery and equipment are in optimal condition. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and performance metrics Ensure proper use of raw materials to minimize waste and optimize efficiency. Support quality assurance by conducting inspections and ensuring adherence to packaging specifications.
