Oversee plastic waste collection, grinding, recycling, and material processing operations. Manage material inflow, stock levels, reconciliation, and movement of recyclable materials. Monitor production targets, equipment performance, and operational efficiency. Track diesel and energy consumption and control operational costs. Manage logistics, vendors, suppliers, and waste collection partners. Supervise teams and oversee operations across multiple recycling facilities. Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Mandatory hands-on experience in plastics grinding operations. 5+ years of experience in plastics recycling, grinding, manufacturing, or related operations. Strong knowledge of plastic waste collection, grinding, and material processing. Experience in production target management, stock control, and equipment monitoring. Experience managing vendors, logistics, and operational teams. Experience managing multiple recycling facilities is an added advantage. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
