 Job Title: Production Manager Paidjob posting

Location: Lagos 

Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage daily production operations to meet output and quality targets. Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal use of manpower, materials, and equipment. Lead, mentor, and evaluate production supervisors and staff to foster a high-performance culture. Monitor production metrics, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Collaborate with quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and waste reduction programs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Prepare and manage production budgets, controlling costs while maximizing efficiency. Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate with technical teams to minimize downtime. Report regularly to senior management on production performance, challenges, and improvement plans.

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 3 - 5 years experience.
