We are seeking experienced Fabric Cutting Operators to join the Production Workshop of a manufacturing company specialising in treated insecticide net production. The successful candidates will be responsible for accurately measuring and cutting fabric and other production materials according to specified measurements and production requirements, while ensuring quality, minimal material wastage, and efficient production processes.

Measure and cut fabric and other materials according to specified dimensions and production requirements. Operate fabric cutting machines and relevant workshop tools safely and efficiently. Follow cutting patterns, measurements, and production specifications accurately. Inspect fabrics and materials before and after cutting to ensure quality standards are met. Ensure accurate and consistent cutting to minimise material wastage. Sort and organise cut fabrics and materials for the next stage of production. Identify and report defective materials, machine issues, or measurement discrepancies. Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of the cutting area. Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of cutting equipment as required. Follow all workplace safety procedures and production guidelines. Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards. Work closely with other production team members to ensure a smooth workflow. Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Previous experience in fabric cutting, textile, garment, sewing, or manufacturing production. Experience operating industrial fabric cutting machines is an advantage. Ability to accurately read and follow measurements, patterns, and cutting specifications. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work efficiently and meet production targets. Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods. Previous experience in insecticide net, textile, or fabric production is an added advantage.
