Horizontal Tempering Glass (HTG) is a company with a production plant in Ikorodu, Lagos, thatmanufactures architectural and decorative glass. The company is a Nigerian and West African certified glass processing plant that produces various types of processed glass, such as tempered and laminated glass, and is equipped with modern machinery. We are  recruiting to fill the position below:

Location: Ikorodu, Asolo - Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities

A factory worker in a glass company operates machinery and handles materials to produce, shape, cut, and finish glass products Machine Operation: Load raw materials, monitor melting furnaces, and run automated or manual shaping and forming equipment. Cutting and Finishing: Cut flat glass or glassware to exact sizes using hand tools or automated saws, and grind, polish, or drill edges. Quality Control: Inspect glass items for cracks, air bubbles, or defects using visual checks and measuring gauges. Packaging and Sorting: Pack finished glass safely into crates or boxes, label cartons, and prepare items for shipping. Maintenance and Safety: Clean work areas, clear glass shards, perform basic machine upkeep, and wear protective gear like heavy-duty gloves and safety goggles.
