Identifying and evaluating suppliers that can provide high-quality products and services at competitive prices. Discussing pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to secure the best possible deals for the organization. Issuing purchase orders and ensuring accuracy in documentation for smooth transactions. Tracking stock and coordinating with warehouse teams to avoid shortages or overstocking. Following company policies and government regulations in procurement processes. Maintaining strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliability and long-term collaboration. Controlling costs, reducing waste, and ensuring all purchases fit within allocated budgets.
