 Job Title: Customer Service Representative & Service Advisor

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Employment Type: Full-time Summary of Responsibility

Establish report with and provide outstanding care to the customer Assist in preparation of estimate/Proforma invoices Produce job cards on in-house computer system Book in customer vehicles for servicing Manage and follow up all work in progress on customer vehicles, liaise regularly with the customer and workshop controller (Technicians as required) to meet pre-arranged time frames.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

A good Bachelor's Degree Good knowledge in computer application software (i.e MS Office suites including Excel,Powerpoint,Ms project) Knowledge in Electronic Part catalogue (EPC) is an added advantage Technically inclined and able to identify spare parts and their general functions Demonstrated excellent organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills Commitment to work overtime when needed Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to work under pressure High Level of professional integrity Strong work ethic People friendly and team player Should have a driving license.
