Ā Job Title: Customer Care Officer
Location: Atan, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
Maintain and build customer data/information e.g. names, address, phone number etc.
Receives orders from customers and prepare sales order.
Receives complaints from customers through customers complaints form.
Call customers for feed backs.
Open accounts for new walk in customers.
Collates customerās orders, indicating the available and the non available ones.
Collates sales order pending and forwarding to the audit department daily for record purpose.
Weekly preparation of sales report.
Collates the non available customers order and forward it to the operations department for follow up.
Educational Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study.
At least 2 years work experience in similar role.
Proficiency in Word Processing software.
