 Job Title: Venue Experience Coordinator

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused, highly organized and energetic Venue Experience Coordinator to coordinate venue experiences from client handover through event execution.

Coordinate the client experience before, during and after events. Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients and event stakeholders. Conduct venue walkthroughs and client briefings. Ensure venues are properly prepared ahead of scheduled events. Coordinate with Facility, Operations, Security, Cleaning and other teams to ensure venue readiness. Monitor event-day activities and promptly escalate issues. Ensure agreed client requirements are communicated and executed. Conduct pre-event inspections and post-event checks. Maintain accurate event and client records. Support client onboarding and handover processes. Identify opportunities to improve the guest and client experience. Resolve routine client concerns professionally and escalate complex matters appropriately. Gather client feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives. Ensure company standards are consistently maintained across events. Support upselling of relevant venue services where appropriate. Prepare event reports and communicate relevant issues to management.

HND / B.Sc Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, Events Management or related discipline. 2–4 years experience in customer experience, hospitality, events, venue management or related service environments. Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills. Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure. Strong attention to detail. Professional appearance and interpersonal skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when event schedules require. Candidate must reside in Ikeja, Lagos or its environs.
