 Job Title: Facility Management Lead

Location: Mainland, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities

Supervise all facility-related operations across multiple restaurant outlets, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and equipment maintenance. Conduct regular inspections to identify repair needs and ensure the outlets maintain optimal functionality and cleanliness. Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and reduce costs. Oversee and coordinate waste management and sanitation activities to maintain a hygienic environment. Source and manage vendors and contractors for repair, renovation, and maintenance services. Negotiate contracts with service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely service delivery. Monitor vendor performance and maintain a database of approved contractors. Conduct regular risk assessments and implement corrective measures to address safety concerns. Maintain and update compliance documentation, including permits, licenses, and safety certifications. Prepare and manage the facility maintenance budget for all outlets. Maintain an inventory of all fixed assets, equipment, and tools across outlets. Develop and implement policies for asset utilization, maintenance, and disposal. Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues across outlets. Provide periodic reports on facility operations, maintenance schedules, and budget utilization. Train staff on facility management policies, safety procedures, and emergency protocols. Guide outlet managers on identifying and reporting facility issues effectively. Lead the response to facility emergencies, such as power outages, leaks, or equipment breakdowns. Develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions to operations during crises. Any other duties assigned by the management.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in facility management, preferably in food production, hospitality, or multi-outlet operations. Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and equipment maintenance. Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost control. Familiarity with safety regulations, compliance documentation, and emergency protocols. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and maintenance tracking systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills. High level of integrity, accountability, and problem-solving ability.

Compensation, Scope of Work, and Benefits

Salary: N200,000 per month Days of Work: Monday – Saturday Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage.
