The Content Creator Lead will be responsible for leading the development, planning, production, and management of high-quality content that strengthens the company's brand identity, promotes its products and services, and drives brand awareness, audience engagement, and customer acquisition across relevant digital platforms. The role requires a highly creative and strategic individual with strong storytelling, content production, and leadership skills. The Content Creator Lead will oversee the content creation process from idea development to final delivery, ensuring that all content aligns with the company's brand identity, marketing objectives, and target audience.

Develop and implement content strategies that align with the company's brand, marketing objectives, campaigns, and business goals. Develop creative content concepts, campaigns, scripts, and storytelling ideas that effectively communicate brand messages and promote products and services. Lead the development and implementation of content calendars and ensure timely execution of planned content. Research industry trends, social media trends, emerging content formats, sounds, and creative opportunities to keep the brand relevant and competitive. Develop trend-based content while ensuring consistency with the company's brand identity and messaging.

Lead the planning, shooting, editing, and delivery of high-quality video and visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities. Create engaging short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant digital channels. Develop content including product demonstrations, promotional videos, product showcases, customer-focused content, event coverage, and other brand-related content. Ensure products and services are presented creatively, accurately, and attractively in all content. Develop content that balances entertainment, audience engagement, brand awareness, and customer conversion. Ensure all content produced meets the required quality and brand standards.

Lead, supervise, and coordinate the activities of the content creation team. Assign content tasks and ensure projects are completed according to agreed timelines and quality standards. Provide creative direction and guidance to content creators, videographers, photographers, graphic designers, and other relevant team members. Review and approve content before publication to ensure accuracy, quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines. Identify opportunities to improve the team's creativity, productivity, and content quality.

Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, visual identity, and messaging across all content platforms. Work closely with the marketing, sales, branding, and other relevant teams to ensure content supports overall business and marketing objectives. Support content creation for product launches, promotional campaigns, events, activations, and other company activities. Coordinate and plan content shoots to ensure adequate preparation, smooth execution, and timely delivery.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of published content across relevant digital platforms. Analyze audience engagement and content performance to identify opportunities for improvement. Use insights from content performance to improve future content strategy and increase engagement, reach, and customer acquisition. Provide regular reports and updates on content activities, performance, challenges, and

Job Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is an advantage. 2–3 years of relevant experience in content creation, digital media, social media, or a similar role, preferably with leadership or team coordination experience. Proven ability to develop creative content concepts and produce engaging video and visual content for brands and digital platforms. Strong video shooting, editing, storytelling, presentation, writing, and communication skills. Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software. Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, digital content trends, audience engagement, and content distribution strategies. Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to identify emerging trends and translate ideas into compelling content. Strong leadership, team management, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with other teams.

N120,000 - N150,000 / month.

HMO Salary increase every 12 months.
