 Job Title: UI/UX Engineer

Employment Type: Full-time Job Description

Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs. Conduct usability reviews and iterate based on feedback. Maintain and contribute to the design system. Proficiency in Figma. Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behaviour Produce and illustrate high-quality UI/UX design ideas and solutions through wireframes, storyboards, visual & graphic designs, process flow diagrams, site maps and prototypes. Collaborating with the marketing team, internal and external designers, to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user. Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design. Facilitating gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

Bachelor’s Degree in any Social Science, IT or Telecom background (Minimum 2:2) 4-15 years of Product design experience. Must have a strong portfolio Interface with multiple business functions and organizations, as well as multiple specialists, in defining, producing and managing plans for successful project delivery. Ability to lead/coordinate a cross-functional team, ensuring that projects meet defined scope, time, cost and quality constraints.
