 Job Title: Creative Assistant  Intern

Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview

The Creative Assistant Intern will support Morjhie Digital’s creative, content production, marketing campaigns, and day-to-day creative operations. The role involves working across Morjhie Digital and its affiliated brands to develop engaging digital content, assist with AI-powered creative production, graphic design, campaigns, and brand activations.

Assist in creating AI-generated images and video content using tools such as Midjourney, Kling, and Nana Banana . Develop educational carousel content and social media assets in line with brand guidelines. Create, refine, and document creative prompts for AI image and video campaigns. Research AI tools, emerging creative trends, competitor activities, and social media developments. Prepare creative briefs, production notes, and shot lists for campaigns.

Create social media graphics, carousels, flyers, event branding materials, and presentation designs. Ensure all creative outputs meet the required quality and brand standards. Prepare designs for digital, print, and outdoor use.

Support outdoor activations, events, shoots, and field marketing activities. Assist with logistics and creative coordination for campaigns. Support the setup, management, and breakdown of branded environments and promotional materials. Be available to support campaign shoots and events when required.

Provide creative and content support across the company’s portfolio of brands and clients. Develop social media content, campaign visuals, product content, and other creative assets as assigned. Ensure all content aligns with the specific brand guidelines and creative direction of each client. Support campaign execution and creative requirements for new and existing clients. Take on additional creative projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Creative Director.

Assist the Creative Director and team with daily creative operations and task tracking. Support the preparation and proofreading of creative briefs, client communications, and reports. Maintain organised records of creative assets, production files, and client deliverables. Coordinate with vendors, printers, and suppliers when required.
