Nina Jojer Africa is seeking a dynamic, highly diligent, and forward-thinking Senior Associate to directly support the Director of Africa Markets and Client Advisory. The successful candidate will act as a key execution partner ā managing complex consulting projects, attaining new clients and projects, drafting high-impact advisory briefs for corporate and public sector clients, and coordinating high-level stakeholder engagements. In line with the ļ¬rmās culture of high autonomy and high trust, this role carries real ownership over a portfolio of engagements rather than purely supporting work. The role demands sharp analytical skills, exceptional communication, business acumen, and the ability to leverage modern AI tools to drive eļ¬ciency.
Lead the end-to-end execution of advisory projects for multinational corporations, development partners, and government agencies. Independently manage a portfolio of client projects, with full ownership of speciļ¬c workstreams. Identify new opportunities (clients and projects) to expand the client portfolio Conduct rigorous research and structural analysis to draft policy briefs, white papers, strategy documents, and client reports. Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy, depth, and attention to detail.
Serve as a dependable liaison for external communications, managing relations with high-level stakeholders, corporate executives, and government MDAs. Coordinate and organize high-level meetings, work studios, and roundtables, including managing agendas and synthesizing post-engagement outcomes. Translate insights from client brieļ¬ngs directly into actionable account strategies and internal deliverables.
Proactively identify new commercial opportunities, regulatory trends, and strategic partnerships across African markets to expand the ļ¬rmās portfolio. Leverage an existing professional network to create entry points for high-level advocacy and consulting mandates.
Take initiative on day-to-day operational tasks while maintaining strict cost-management and budget consciousness for project deliveries. Work collaboratively across cross-functional internal teams to ensure uniļ¬ed delivery on ļ¬rm-wide objectives.
Required Qualigication & Experience
Experience: Minimum of 5 years post-NYSC experience in management consulting, public policy, corporate advisory, or a strategic corporate role. Education: Bachelorās Degree in Economics, Public Policy, Law, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related ļ¬eld. Travel Readiness: Must possess a valid international passport and be willing to travel regionally and internationally when required.
AI & Tech Literacy: Advanced proļ¬ciency in G Suite, with the ability to leverage generative AI tools through sophisticated prompting to accelerate research and content creation. Writing & Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of drafting executive-ready presentations and reports. Professional Attributes: Uncompromising professional honesty, diligence, and an open-minded approach to problem-solving.
