We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive Sospitas' client acquisition and revenue growth. This role is responsible for following up on submitted proposals, securing meetings with decision-makers, building strong client relationships, and converting opportunities into signed engagements. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across government agencies and private sector organisations, with a strong drive to meet targets and close deals.

Visit client organisations daily to follow up on submitted proposals Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders Secure and attend meetings with prospective clients Present the company's services professionally Follow up consistently until a clear outcome is achieved Negotiate and close business opportunities where appropriate Maintain accurate records of meetings, follow-ups, and client feedback Submit a daily work plan before resumption and an End of Day (EOD) report Meet agreed weekly targets for client visits, meetings, follow-ups, and deals closed Represent the company professionally at all times.
