Job Type: Full-time About the Role

We are looking for a Research Scientist who can contribute to research projects, technical development, laboratory operations, and emerging scientific opportunities.

Support and conduct scientific research projects Design experiments and research workflows Perform molecular and laboratory procedures Support genomics and sequencing-related workflows Analyse and interpret biological datasets Support bioinformatics activities Develop and maintain laboratory SOPs Maintain accurate laboratory and research records Support environmental and biodiversity projects Evaluate new technologies and laboratory platforms Prepare technical reports and scientific documentation Support technical proposals and research collaborations Assist with laboratory procurement and technical evaluation Provide scientific input to commercial teams on technically complex projects Support internal technical training Maintain laboratory quality, safety, and documentation standards

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Environmental Biology, or a related discipline 2–5 years of relevant research/laboratory experience preferred Strong scientific reasoning Strong laboratory documentation skills Ability to independently investigate scientific problems.
