 Job Title: Professional Errand Runner / Logistics Assistant

Reports To: Operations Manager / Personal Assistant / Direct Supervisor Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and energetic Errand Runner to join our team [or assist on a personal/household basis]. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of daily tasks, ranging from document drop-offs and corporate filings to grocery shopping, package pickups, and general logistics. The successful candidate must possess excellent time-management skills, have a strong knowledge of local routes and shortcuts, and maintain a high level of trustworthiness and confidentiality when handling items, cash, or sensitive documents.

Task & Delivery Management: Promptly pick up and deliver packages, documents, mail, and other requested items to designated locations. Commercial & Personal Errands: Conduct grocery shopping, pharmacy runs, bank deposits, utility bill payments, and administrative drop-offs as scheduled. Route Planning: Utilize smartphone mapping tools and local routing knowledge to navigate traffic efficiently and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks. Record Keeping: Maintain a clear, daily log of completed errands, petty cash spendings, and official receipts. Quality Control & Communication: Immediately report any transit delays, road bottlenecks, or discrepancies to management. Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure that the assigned company vehicle, motorcycle, or bicycle is clean, fueled, and in safe working condition (if applicable).

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma, SSCE, or equivalent qualification. Experience: Proven experience working as a courier, delivery rider, logistics assistant, or personal errand runner is an added advantage. Technical Skills: Comfortable using mobile smartphones, GPS navigation apps (Google Maps, Apple Maps), and basic messaging/communication platforms.

Exceptional time management, multitasking, and organizational skills. High level of integrity, dependability, and professional discretion. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
