Job Title: Kitchen Assistant

Reports To: Kitchen Manager Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks. Wash, peel, and prepare ingredients as directed. Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas. Assist with packaging and serving of food orders. Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times. Support chefs and kitchen staff during food production. Assist with receiving and organizing supplies. Dispose of waste appropriately and keep the kitchen tidy. Carry out other duties assigned by the Kitchen Manager.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good personal hygiene and attention to detail. Team player with a positive attitude. Ability to follow instructions effectively.
