 Job Title: Cook

Location: Festac, Muritala Muhammed Airport, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Description

A Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and quality standards. They ensure food is fresh, properly prepared, and served in a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Prepare and cook food items as per menu requirements Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen Store food properly and monitor freshness Assist with food preparation and kitchen setup Operate kitchen equipment safely Ensure compliance with food safety regulations Manage inventory and inform supervisors about shortages Work with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

Candidates should possess SSCE Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good teamwork and communication skills Ability to stand for long hours and lift kitchen supplies Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
