We are seeking a skilled and experienced Male Chef to manage the daily meal preparation for our staff and management at our manufacturing facility in Ode Remo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high culinary standards, ensuring kitchen hygiene, and preparing hygienic, nutritious, and delicious meals in a fast-paced industrial environment.

​Key Responsibilities

​Plan, prepare, and cook daily meals (breakfast and lunch) for staff and management in accordance with company schedules and hygiene standards. ​Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are maintained across all kitchen and dining areas. ​Monitor kitchen inventory, track food supplies, and compile shopping lists to prevent shortages and minimize waste. ​Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any maintenance needs promptly. ​Accommodate dietary restrictions and special meal requirements when necessary. ​Collaborate with administrative and facility teams to manage canteen operations smoothly.

​Qualifications and Requirements

​Proven professional cooking experience, preferably within a corporate, industrial, or hospitality setting. ​Deep knowledge of local and continental cuisine, food safety regulations, and kitchen sanitation standards. ​Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prepare meals in large quantities. ​Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ​Good personal hygiene and a professional demeanor. ​Residency or willingness to relocate around Ode Remo, Ogun State, or immediate environs.
