Key Responsibilities


The Graduate Trainee Supervisor will:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities within the Assembly & Production Department. Allocate duties and ensure effective utilization of manpower. Monitor production activities and ensure adherence to production plans and targets. Ensure workers comply with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements. Monitor productivity, attendance, housekeeping, and discipline within the assigned work area. Identify operational challenges and escalate issues appropriately. Maintain accurate production and operational records. Work closely with Production, Quality Control, Maintenance, and other departments. Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities. Support the training and development of production personnel. Ensure proper handling and utilization of company materials, equipment, and tools.

Key Requirements


The ideal candidate must:

Be a graduate of a recognized institution in Engineering, Science, Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field. Have completed NYSC and possess a valid discharge certificate. Have 0–2 years of work experience, preferably with some exposure to supervisory, production, assembly, factory, or operations roles. Previous experience in a plastic manufacturing company, either as a Supervisor, Factory Helper, Production Assistant, or similar role, will be an added advantage. Demonstrate good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Be able to coordinate and supervise workers effectively. Be willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production targets. Be computer literate and able to prepare basic reports and maintain production records. Possess good organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Be physically fit and safety-conscious. Be willing to relocate as required by the company. Must be available to attend a physical interview. Must demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in manufacturing.
