Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and hardworking Production Manager to oversee and coordinate daily production activities for our growing food business.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities. Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and on schedule. Coordinate production staff and assign daily tasks. Monitor the quality, quantity, and consistency of food products. Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of raw materials and finished products. Monitor the use of production materials and minimize waste. Ensure the production area is kept clean, organized, and safe. Maintain proper records of production activities, materials, and inventory. Identify and report production issues or shortages promptly. Ensure staff follow established production procedures and hygiene standards. Assist with loading, moving, or arranging products/materials when required. Work closely with management to improve production efficiency and reduce operational challenges.

Mature, responsible, and dependable. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to coordinate and supervise production activities. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Physically capable of moving products/materials when required. Previous experience in food production or a similar environment is an advantage. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Must be willing and able to work from Akute, Ogun State Must be committed to working **Monday – Saturday
