Job Summary

• We are seeking two skilled and reliable butchers to join our team.
• While both male and female candidates are welcome, female applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
• The ideal candidates will have experience in meat preparation, excellent hygiene practices, and a commitment to quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, debone, and prepare various types of meat (beef, poultry, pork, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
• Ensure proper storage and labelling of meat products
• Interact with customers professionally and provide recommendations
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock replenishment
• Comply with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and tools
• Strong attention to detail and hygiene
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items.
