We are seeking a creative and skilledVideographer/Video Content Creatorresponsible for developing, shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content that strengthens the brand, supports marketing campaigns, increases audience engagement, and contributes to measurable business growth across social media, digital, and offline channels.

Create trend-based and culturally relevant content that drives reach, engagement, and brand visibility. Develop creative and engaging video concepts aligned with the brand, products, campaigns, and marketing objectives. Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager and Brand & Growth Manager to develop content that supports campaign objectives and KPIs. Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for social media, advertising campaigns, and digital platforms. Ensure all video content aligns with the company's visual identity, tone, and brand guidelines. Produce product demonstrations, promotional videos, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes footage, and customer-experience videos. Develop performance-driven video advertisements designed to support customer acquisition and marketing campaigns. Manage multiple video projects while meeting agreed deadlines and quality standards. Cover in-store activities, events, activations, campaigns, and other brand-related experiences. Organise and maintain video footage, project files, raw materials, and other creative assets. Stay updated on emerging social media trends, video formats, editing styles, and content opportunities. Repurpose existing content into multiple formats and platform-specific versions. Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok,and other relevant platforms. Edit videos using strong hooks, storytelling, pacing, music, sound effects, captions, transitions, and visual effects. Review video performance and audience insights to identify opportunities for improving future content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years working experience.  Ability to create strong hooks and compelling visual narratives. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree Good understanding of camera operation, framing, composition, lighting, and audio recording. Working knowledge ofAdobe After Effectsor other motion graphics tools is an added advantage. Strong visual storytelling and creative content development skills. A portfolio demonstrating previous video production and editing work is required. Ability to translate marketing objectives into creative and effective video concepts. Proficiency in video editing software such asAdobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools. Ability to shoot and edit content independently from concept to final delivery. Understanding of branding, social media marketing, and digital marketing principles. Basic knowledge of colour grading, sound design, subtitles, transitions, and motion graphics. Strong knowledge of short-form social media content and current content trends. Proven experience in videography, video production, and video editing.

Strong understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour. Strong time-management and organisational abilities. Good communication and teamwork skills. Highly creative with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work. Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
