We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Strategist to grow the brand's online presence, increase engagement, strengthen its digital identity, and convert social media audiences into customers. The successful candidate will take ownership of social media strategy, content planning, community engagement, campaign execution, performance tracking, and reporting across relevant platforms.

Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with business objectives. Create and manage monthly content calendars across social media platforms. Develop compelling captions, hooks, and calls-to-action that drive engagement and sales. Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns for reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform developments. Stay updated on changes in social media algorithms and emerging content formats. Manage the online community by responding to comments, direct messages, mentions, and enquiries professionally. Track and analyze social media performance and provide actionable recommendations. Prepare regular social media performance reports. Collaborate with designers, content creators, videographers, and other members of the creative team. Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual presentation across all platforms. Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, and sales. Develop social media campaigns that support product launches, promotions, and other business objectives.

HND or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. 2–3 years of proven experience managing social media for a brand, agency, fashion business, beauty brand, or similar organization. Strong portfolio demonstrating audience growth, engagement, and campaign results. Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social platforms. Strong understanding of social media algorithms and growth strategies. Basic design and video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar tools are required. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills. Experience managing paid social media campaigns is an advantage. Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
