ZEZ Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in procurement and supplier management, with the ability to support project requirements while delivering quality, cost-effective, and timely sourcing solutions.

Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, RFQs, evaluation, negotiations, and purchase orders. Source materials, equipment, and services in line with project specifications, timelines, and budgets. Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors. Monitor supplier performance, quality, cost, delivery, and compliance. Conduct market research to identify competitive suppliers and cost-saving opportunities. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Prepare procurement reports, spend analyses, and maintain accurate procurement documentation. Collaborate with project, technical, and  Business Development teams to support project execution and bids. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior procurement team members.

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in procurement/sourcing. Experience in the Energy, Oil & Gas industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, negotiation, and procurement processes. Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Professional procurement certification (e.g., CIPS) is an added advantage.
