Summary
They are seeking a Procurement & Planning Analyst to join its procurement team.
The role involves strategic planning, analysis, and strong project management skills.
Job DescriptionPlanning & Analysis: Execute Raw Material Planning to determine optimal stock levels (months of stock); perform Cost & Profitability Analysis to drive buying decisions.
Financial Analysis: Manage the procurement Budget and provide deep-dive Data Analytics extracted from the ERP to track spending and savings.
Sourcing & Negotiation: Vendor Sourcing & Management; use Strong Negotiation Skills to secure favorable terms and pricing.
Operational Excellence: Provide consistent Report Generation for management; ensure Timely Project Management of all procurement deadlines.
SkillsData Analysis: Advanced ERP data extraction, Excel modeling, and the ability to turn "messy" data into clear insights.
Project Management: Proven ability to take full ownership of the procurement lifecycle from sourcing to delivery.
Self-starter: A professional with 4–6 years of experience who is a self-starter and can work with minimal supervision.
