 Job Title: Procurement Officer

Employment Type: Full-time About the Role

We are looking for a detail-orientated and results-driven procurement officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective purchasing and delivery of goods and services, managing supplier relationships, and driving procurement efficiency across the organisation.

Main Responsibilities

Establish and manage key supplier agreements to ensure the best value for the organisation Develop, control, and improve purchasing processes and procurement compliance Coordinate and monitor the tendering and quotation process Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts for goods, equipment, and services Maintain accurate vendor and stock databases for effective reporting Coordinate the acquisition and disposal of company vehicles and office equipment Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and procurement regulations Provide procurement advice and support to management and staff Monitor procurement trends and implement continuous improvements

Education: First degree in any management discipline from a recognised institution Experience: Minimum of 2 years in warehouse, storage, or procurement operations Professional Membership: Membership of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) is an advantage
