Job Title: Sales Attendant
Location: Enugu

Responsibilities
Attend to customers promptly and courteously.
Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs.
Provide accurate information about products, prices, and availability.
Process customer orders and sales transactions accurately.
Receive and handle payments in accordance with company procedures.
Issue receipts and maintain accurate records of sales.
Arrange and display products neatly and attractively.
Monitor product availability and inform the Storekeeper/Supervisor when stock is low.
Assist with receiving, counting, and arranging products when required.
Keep the sales area clean, organized, and presentable.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and requests professionally.
Promote products and identify opportunities to increase sales.
Ensure products are properly handled to prevent damage or loss.
Assist with stocktaking and reconciliation when required.
Prepare or submit daily sales reports as assigned.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Skills/Requirements
Possess an OND with 2 - 4 years work experience.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Basic sales and cash-handling skills.
Good numerical and record-keeping abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Good interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Good attention to detail.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Honesty, reliability, and accountability.
Good personal appearance and professional conduct.
SalaryN40,000 - N60,000 monthly.
