Our client, a leading investment management firm, is looking for an experienced Head, Investment Research to lead its research function and provide strategic insights that drive investment decisions across equities, fixed income, and macroeconomic markets.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable investment management organization where you'll lead research strategy, provide investment recommendations, mentor a high-performing team, and engage with senior stakeholders and institutional clients.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's Degree is an advantage).
Minimum of 8 years' experience in Investment Research, Asset Management, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets.
CFA Charterholder or CFA candidate is highly preferred.
At least 5 years' experience leading research teams.
Strong expertise in macroeconomic analysis, equity & fixed income research, financial modelling, valuation, portfolio analysis, and investment strategy.
Solid knowledge of Nigerian and global financial markets.
