 Job Title: Head, Corporate Services

Location: Lagos

Job Schedule: Full time Role Summary

To provide strategic and operational leadership for all corporate service functions including Human Resources & Talent Management, Administration & Facilities, and IT & Systems Support. Ensures people performance, workplace efficiency, digital systems availability, compliance with ISO standards, ERP utilization (Oracle Fusion ERP & SAGE HR/Payroll), and alignment of support services to business goals.

Provide leadership and direction for HR, Administration & Facilities, and IT/Systems Support units. Develop and implement company-wide HR policies, workforce planning, performance management, employee welfare, and talent development frameworks. Oversee Administration & Facilities office assets, fleet & logistics, travel, utilities, security liaison, housekeeping, and workplace safety (with QHSE). Ensure effective IT operations – network infrastructure, ERP systems (Oracle Fusion), SAGE HR & Payroll, Zoho CRM, Microsoft 365, backups and cybersecurity tools (Sophos, MDR, Veeam). Ensure full compliance with labour laws, ISO 9001/45001/14001 standards, data protection laws (NDPR, GDPR), and corporate governance. Manage corporate budgets for HR, IT, Admin, facilities, and ensure cost optimization and vendor contract performance. Lead and monitor performance appraisal cycles, compensation reviews, training plans and staff succession/development. Participate in Executive Management, report KPIs, employee productivity, digital system availability, asset utilization, and compliance dashboards to Managing Director. Lead crisis response & business continuity plans (IT downtime, facility failure, cybersecurity incidents). Supervise Corporate Services staff, ensuring competence, discipline, ethics, confidentiality, professionalism and succession planning.

Qualifications & Experience

B.Sc. / B.A. in HRM, Business Admin, Public Admin, Management, or related field. Master's degree / MBA is an advantage. 10–15 years in HR/Admin/IT/Corporate Services with 5+ years in senior management (preferably in Oil & Gas / Engineering / Projects). CIPM, SHRM, CIPD (HR), PMP, ITIL, Oracle ERP/SAGE HR Certifications. Oracle Fusion ERP, SAGE HR & Payroll, Microsoft 365, Zoho CRM, ERP workflow management or any HRIS Software. Leadership, conflict resolution, strategic planning, negotiation, confidentiality, corporate governance.
