Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and organized Litigation Clerk to support our legal team. The Litigation Clerk will provide administrative, clerical, and legal support to the litigation team in the preparation, filing, tracking, and management of court processes and case files. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, knowledge of court procedures, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.

Assist with preparation, filing, and service of court processes. Maintain and update case files and legal documents. Liaise with court registries and process servers. Track court dates, filings, and deadlines. Assist lawyers with legal research and court-related tasks. Perform general administrative duties within the litigation department.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in litigation or a law firm. Minimum qualification: SSCE, ND. Knowledge of Nigerian court procedures. Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Previous experience in a law firm is an advantage. Proximity to Ikeja is an added advantage.
