​Our client is looking for a practical, creative Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Operations Officer to run our online presence and keep our digital operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll split your time between creating engaging content for our brand and making sure our online customers—from everyday retail buyers to bulk commercial clients—get their orders processed and delivered accurately. ​If you enjoy filming content one hour and solving customer orders or tracking dispatches the next, this role is for you.

​What You’ll Do

Create, schedule, and post content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn. ​Shoot and edit photos and short videos (Reels/TikToks) showcasing our extracts in real-life uses like baking, beverages, dairy, and cosmetics. ​Keep up with online trends in the food and ingredient industry and pitch fresh ideas for our pages. ​Help set up and monitor basic social media ads (Meta Ads Manager) to bring traffic to our e-commerce channels. Customer Service & Online Inquiries. ​Be the first point of contact for online inquiries coming through Instagram DMs, WhatsApp Business, email, and live website chat. ​Answer questions about our products, pricing, and usages for both retail and wholesale buyers. ​Manage customer feedback and resolve issues quickly and politely. ​Receive and log incoming website and social media orders. ​Work closely with our warehouse team and dispatch riders to ensure the right items are picked, packed, and delivered on time. ​Generate invoices, receipts, and order updates using our sales tracking system. ​Keep neat records of digital sales, inventory checks, and order histories.

​What We’re Looking For

​2–4 years of experience in a role that combines social media management, digital customer service, or e-commerce admin (experience with FMCG, food ingredients, or cosmetics is a nice bonus). You can shoot clean phone videos and build posts / graphics using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools. You know your way around WhatsApp Business, standard e-commerce setups (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar), and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) or inventory software. Excellent written and spoken English with a warm, helpful, and professional tone. You double-check order details, addresses, and product codes before items ship out.

​What We Offer
