We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Chief Operating Officer to take charge of company-wide operations. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned operations leader to drive efficiency, scale delivery capability, and turn strategy into flawless execution across multiple engineering projects and business units.

Oversee day-to-day operations across projects, technical, and support functions Translate the CEO's strategic vision into actionable operating plans and KPIs Drive process optimisation, cost control, and operational efficiency company-wide Build and lead high-performing departmental heads and project teams Manage risk, compliance, and quality assurance across all engineering deliverables Report performance and operational health to the Board/Executive team

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 20 years' experience with at least 10in a senior operations role Proven track record in an engineering, EPC, or technical consultancy environment Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills Sound understanding of project management, HSE, and quality systems.
