 Job Title: Barman / Mixologist

Location: Ijaiya - Ijokoro, Lagos Key Responsibilties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, and other drinks. Demonstrate good knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation. Create and serve a variety of classic and contemporary cocktails according to standard recipes. Take customers’ orders and provide friendly, professional, and efficient bar service. Recommend drinks to guests based on their preferences. Maintain proper portion control and minimize wastage. Ensure the bar is clean, organized, and properly stocked at all times. Check and maintain adequate stock of beverages, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies. Operate bar equipment safely and maintain it in good condition. Handle cash, POS transactions, and customer bills accurately where required. Follow hotel standards, hygiene requirements, and responsible alcohol-service procedures. Monitor customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally. Maintain proper records of bar sales, stock usage, and requisitions. Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.
