Job Title: Solar Technician

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT) 

Employment Type: Full-time

Working days: Monday - Saturday

Working hours: 9am - 5:30pm Responsibilities


Installation & Commissioning:

Install photovoltaic (PV) systems, including solar panels, inverters, wiring, and other related equipment. Ensure all installations are completed according to design plans, safety standards, and electrical codes. Test and commission solar systems to ensure proper operation and performance, and troubleshoot any issues during installation. Provide ongoing maintenance and support for installed solar systems to ensure peak performance. Diagnose and repair system faults or underperformance issues. Monitor system performance remotely (where applicable) and conduct periodic inspections. Ensure all work complies with relevant industry standards, local regulations, and safety protocols. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of system designs, installation reports, and service logs. Submit regulatory and compliance documentation as required Collaborate with clients to understand their energy needs and provide technical advice on system capabilities and options. Educate clients on system maintenance and performance expectations. Provide post-installation customer support and address client concerns or questions.


Requirements

Proven experience in solar energy system installation. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems and components. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Attention to detail and precision in system design and installation. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.


Salary

N100,000 Monthly (Commission: 50% per completed jobs). Application Closing Date
