Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Summary
Our client, is seeking a smart, confident and customer-focused Sales Representative to support daily store operations, attend to customers, drive sales and manage basic social media content activities.
The ideal candidate should have some experience in sales, retail or customer service and be willing to learn, as training will be provided.
Key ResponsibilitiesAttend to customers and provide excellent customer service.
Promote and sell luxury products and services.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries.
Create and post content on the company's social media platforms.
Support daily store operations and maintain an organised store environment.
Follow up with prospective customers and support sales activities.
Assist customers with enquiries relating to pawn broking services.
RequirementsBachelor's degree or HND.
Must have completed NYSC.
Previous experience in sales, retail or customer service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of social media and content posting.
Smart, presentable and customer-oriented.
Ability to learn quickly and work effectively.
SalaryN200,000 monthly.
