Reports To: Project Manager / Engineering Manager Role Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Project Engineer to coordinate engineering and project execution activities, ensuring Oil & Gas projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards.

Coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning. Monitor project scope, schedules, costs, milestones, quality, and HSE performance. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients. Review P&IDs, engineering drawings, specifications, datasheets, and technical documentation. Support procurement, construction, commissioning, and project handover activities. Identify project risks, technical issues, and delays, and support mitigation measures. Prepare project progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation. Support change management, cost control, contractor performance, and project close-out.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years’ relevant Project Engineering experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Energy, or related industries. Proven experience in project execution from engineering/design through construction and commissioning. Good knowledge of API, ASME, IEC, ISO, and applicable industry standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is an advantage. Strong project coordination, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. COREN registration or PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
