 Job Title: Maintenance Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Officer to join our team.

Carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and repairs of equipment and facilities. Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues. Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdowns. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Ensure all tools, equipment, and facilities are kept in good working condition. Monitor and maintain electrical, plumbing, water, and other facility systems. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment conditions. Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and maintenance standards. Coordinate with contractors and technicians when specialized repairs are required. Perform any other maintenance-related duties assigned by management.

Minimum qualification: OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, or a related technical field. Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in maintenance or a technical role. Strong practical and technical skills. Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment and facility-related issues. Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general maintenance work. Ability to work independently and respond effectively to emergencies. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Must be hardworking, responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious. Male candidates are preferred due to the nature of the role and accommodation arrangement.

Salary and Benefits

N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly. Accommodation: Available.
